COVID-19 Business Continuity Plans
As the situation around Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we wanted to share with our clients and colleagues the business continuity plans the Louvre Group has in place and the procedures we are implementing to maintain the health and safety of all our employees, customers and partners.
As the Coronavirus is now being described as a pandemic, we would like to reassure you that we are taking the necessary steps to safeguard business continuity.
Recent developments and Guernsey’s Director of Public Health recommendations have led us to activate our existing business continuity plan, enabling an effective response to any potential disruption.
We have now limited employee travel and event attendance unless deemed essential but we still have full use of our conference call system and will be utilising this as much as necessary.
We have robust remote working plans in place should we feel this is the best course of action to take to ensure the health and safety of our staff, customers and partners.
We closely monitor the directions provided by the World Health Organisation and The States of Guernsey and will be reviewing our internal procedures daily to ensure that Louvre can continue its business activities as normal.
These are unexpected times presenting unique challenges.
We will do our best to keep our clients up to date with our arrangements as the situation develops, but in the meantime please take comfort from the fact that we are doing all we can to ensure that our operations continue in as normal a fashion as possible.
Throughout this time, you will still be able to contact us through your usual means, though we ask that you consider using email as the primary source of communication.
If you have any questions about how our response will affect you, please do not hesitate to contact Louvre Fund through LFSPrivacy@louvretrust.com, and Louvre Trust (Guernsey) via info@louvretrust.com
